What are we doing differently?
The joy of good food is just as important to us as the careful use of our resources. We want to show that our kitchen can be sustainable and full of good ingredients while not losing its accessibility. Because we believe that good food is for everyone! In addition, our guests should feel comfortable with us and be able to spend a carefree time. We offer you an exciting selection of wines from young German winemakers who produce their wines in small quantities (mostly organic and biodynamic). Our wine selection includes classic wine styles and natural wines to suit your taste and our dishes. There is also a large selection of drinks and non-alcoholic beverages.

Added to this is mindfulness for the entire value chain:The TERZ wants to be fair and sustainable both in the exchange with our producers and with our employees. This also means that our menu changes with the seasons. Week after week we look at what we can do with the ingredients we have available.

You can rent the main room of our restaurant exclusively for up to 70 people. Whether for a Christmas brunch or a festive sharing menu with 5 courses - we look forward to seeing you.
