Q: How can I make a reservation? 

A: You can easily make a reservation via our online tool. If all the tables are already taken, just drop by. We always keep a few tables available for walk-in customers - with a bit of waiting time we will surely find a seat for you.

Q: Can I sit outside on the terrace when the weather is nice?

A: Unfortunately we can't guarantee that, but we'll do our best :)


Q: Can I make a same day reservation? 

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept same day reservations, but we happily accept and can accommodate walkins. Our average wait time is 15-20 min.

Q: Can we also come to you as a group?

A: Of course! For groups of 10 people or more, we offer our opulent sharing menu for brunch. We prepare the dishes from our current brunch menu in family style to share with all guests at the table. You can easily make a reservation via our online tool. Please note: Group reservations are always placed in the restaurant. For reservations of 20 people or more, please contact our event team.

Q: How can I make a change to my reservation?

A: You can easily make changes to your reservation via your reservation confirmation email. 

Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: You are welcome to bring your own cake. However, we charge a plate fee of €2 per person.

Q: Do you have any vegan or gluten free options?

A: Yes, we have many! We offer multiple options which you can see in the menu.

Gluten Free: Everything on our menu can be made gluten free except the hazelnut granola and pancakes. We also offer gluten-free bread from Aera.

Q: I would like to hold an event at Terz. How can I get more information?

A: If you would like to celebrate your wedding or another private event with us, you can find more information here. For corporate events, click here for more information. 


Q: Can I bring my dog? 

A: Yes! We welcome all furry friends of all sizes! 


Q: Can I bring my small child/baby/buggy?

A: We welcome all little ones! We have plenty of space to park your buggy and high chairs available for customer use, but please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate all requests in regard to seating. 

Q: How can I buy a gift card? 

A: Gift cards can easily be purchased online and applied to reservations. Here are some instructions on how you can print out a nice voucher yourself at home in addition to the e-mail version. We also offer physical cards onsite, but the gift card purchasing process is the same.
