What are we doing differently?
The joy of good food is just as important to us as the careful use of our resources. We want to show that our kitchen can be sustainable and full of good ingredients while not losing its accessibility. Because we believe that good food is for everyone!
In addition, our guests should feel comfortable with us and be able to spend a carefree time. Our employees are always keen to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and to offer you the best possible service.
Food
The TERZ is characterized by modern dishes that are prepared exclusively from high-quality ingredients and prepared and served with love. For the summer we recommend a combination of live BBQ, buffet and sharing platters. Our buffets are real eye-catchers, especially when our chefs prepare food live.
For events that focus on a relaxed atmosphere and networking, we also offer finger food. These dishes are easy to eat and perfect for guests who want to chat and converse while standing.

In the TERZ you will also find wines from young German winemakers who produce their wines in small quantities (mostly organically and biodynamically). Our wine selection includes classic wine styles, natural wines, and orange wines - to suit your taste and our dishes.

Added to this is mindfulness for the entire value chain:The TERZ wants to be fair and sustainable both in the exchange with our producers and with our employees. This also means that our menu changes with the seasons. Week after week we look at what we can do with the ingredients we have available.
